PPC Specialist

Objective of the Role:
This role will focus on maximizing the ROI of Paid Search and Social Media traffic for specific brands and products through multiple analytical, strategic, and creative techniques.

Responsibilities:

Create, analyze, and adjust multiple SEM and SMM campaigns to reach maximum ROAS
Create statistical reports based on account performance
Communicate directly with Brand Management teams to report on, adjust, and optimize campaigns
Work independently and within a team to reach individual and department goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or proven industry and PPC-specific experience
1-3 years' experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.
Experience with Google AdWords Editor
Ability to understand key performance metrics and work toward goals
Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate large volumes of data in Excel
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to think creatively and work independently
Experience in a high-volume, e-commerce retail environment (in-house or client) is a major plus
Google AdWords Certification is preferred

Brand Manager

We are seeking experienced candidates for a Brand Manager opportunity on our Purchasing team. This role is ideal for career-minded individuals looking for an organization which provides success-driven compensation, comprehensive benefits, and long-term security.

Objective: Working closely with the V.P of Purchasing, other Executives, and multiple team members to maximize the movement, margins, and net profit of assigned brands/products through multiple techniques and strategies, including buying, marketing, content, inventory control, analytics, forecasting, etc.

Responsibilities:

Increase margins, conversion, movement, revenues, and profits for assigned brands/products
Work closely with multiple departments to create, execute, and analyze various strategies and techniques to maximize profits
Deal directly with vendors, distributors, and manufacturers to optimize margins, inventory, and movement of product
Manage all of the details and priorities of successful E-commerce, including internet marketing, web content, analytics, and strategy
Maintain direct knowledge of competition, marketplace, trends, and best practices for assigned brands/products
“Take ownership" of assigned brands/products
Continually utilize problem-solving skills to identify, correct, and monitor numbers and strategies
Maintain active communication with Execs, depts., colleagues, overseas team, etc.
Work independently and within a team to reach individual, department, and company goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field or specific industry experience
2+ Year(s) experience in buying, selling, and/or merchandising retail products
Demonstrate success in any or most areas of e-commerce merchandising, including purchasing, distributor/manufacturer relationships, buying, web content, internet marketing, logistics, inventory control, sales, website development, etc.
Assertive, "Take Charge" attitude willing to take ownership of work
Strong communication skills
Experience in consumer electronics in E-commerce is a plus
Meticulous eye for detail and follow-through
PC skills in Microsoft Office and internet research
Self-motivated, independent, team player
